Cancelation Policy
Deposits are non refundable in any situation, we will allow for one deposit transfer. All cancellations bust be submitted in writing to (info@wakelinecharters.com).
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to date of rental date will be given a total refund, less deposit.
- Cancellations made prior to 15 days of rental date will be given a 50% refund, less deposit.
- Cancelations made prior to 7 days of rental date will be liable for the entire cost of the rental.
Cancelation insurance is available through a 3rd party vendor call to inquire.
Can I modify my departure date and time?
Modifications must be requested 15 days prior to departure date. We are happy to accommodate modifications however cannot guarantee the date and time.
If we arrive late or need to return early can I get a refund?
No, our departure and return times are final, all rentals are “made whole” the moment the captain pushes off. Early returns are subject to the WLBR conduct policy and captains discretion. Early departures are not permitted.
What is your weather policy?
Severe weather cancellations are determined at the start time of your rental. We do not cancel or make decisions based on the forecast. Weather changes fast some our best parties happen in the rain. If we do need to cancel due to weather we will refund the amount of time the boat was in the slip to the end of your rental time.
Payment Policy
When is payment for the entire trip due?
WakeLine Boat Rentals requires a 20% deposit for all boat rentals. Charters booked within 15 days of rental date will need to pay in full for the charter. All cards on file will be auto charged 15 days prior to rental date.
